Michelle Lim

Michelle's expertise is in strategy, growth, and business transformation across traditional industries and essential services. She is passionate about building enduring businesses that provide stable, long-term value to their employees, customers, and communities.

Michelle began her career with KPMG in Ottawa before moving to New York City, where she worked in management consulting with Ernst & Young and Geigson Group, advising companies in steel, heavy manufacturing, and related sectors on growth and transformation initiatives. Drawn to operating, she returned to Canada to join agtech company 4AG Robotics as VP of Growth, where she led the commercial group and played a key role in transitioning the business from start-up to scale-up, expanding its international footprint, and securing institutional investment.

In 2025, Michelle joined Galineer Capital, an operator-led investment firm focused on acquiring essential service businesses in Atlantic Canada and Ontario. Her search thesis emphasizes B2B services and community-critical sectors where strong operational foundations allow for sustainable long-term growth.
